Refund Policy 

All MGC Hydro products are backed by our satisfaction guarantee. We accept returns on unused, unopened items within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition that you received it
• In the original packaging

To initiate a return, contact us at Mike@MGCHydro.com before sending anything back. We'll provide return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace it at no cost to you.

Non-returnable items: Any item that has been used, assembled, or shows signs of wear cannot be returned.

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval and process your refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
